Halloween!

I have been very busy lately, but here are some pictures from the last week or so!
Two Saturdays ago Serene and I went to several markets to look around. The Borough Market is one of the biggest in London, and there were all sorts of interesting food stuffs being sold there! I might start doing my vegetable / fruit / cheese grocery shopping at a small market up by Hampstead Heath, because the selection was nice and the ambiance was pheasant. Did I say pheasant?! I meant...
...pleasant.
We found some ostrich eggs too!

Meanwhile, Pep has begun to decorate the hallways with his artwork! He took a picture of one of the administrators (shown below), and created his own version!

He ended up writing "INTEGRITY" in big block letters underneath her portrait. We are hoping she will stop by the house someday to check in on things and see her picture hanging in the kitchen, haha.

I walk by this ivy every day, yay!
We went to the Science Museum at a special "late" event, meaning that the museum closed at the normal time but then opened up to students in college. So here are two of my friends standing on a bridge that we built, haha. It was really great to play with all of the stuff in the museum without having to work around little kids!
On Friday we went on a self-led Jack the Ripper tour! Mmm, spooky London...

We found a bison!
The Jack the Ripper tour got a bit scary, because the parts of town we were wandering around in were sketchier and sketchier as it got later, so we had to cancel before we got mugged and went back home. But on Saturday we had a Diwali / Halloween party which was a lot of fun.

On Sunday I taught a couple people how to carve Jack-o-Lanterns! Only one person there had carved pumpkins before. I think they turned out pretty well!

Well, that's about it for now! I have a lot of homework this week because I will be gone during Reading Week when most of it is supposed to be done. I have to write a computer game (I'm thinking Missile Command style at the moment), critique several website with validators, etc, complete a GIS project, and learn JavaScript before school starts again, so I'd better get going! Bye!
